Irish Short Course Championships set for Lisburn this Weekend

 The spotlight will be on Lagan Valley Leisureplex Lisburn this weekend for the Irish National Short Course (25m) Swimming Championships. Competition will take place from Friday 29th November to Sunday 1st December with 57 teams and over 400 swimmers in action in the first National Championships of the new swimming season. National Squad Swimmers to Compete in Wales

Members of Swim Ireland’s National Squad will travel to Wales this weekend (15th – 17th November) to compete at the Welsh Capital Open Meet. The 15 member team, which includes 2013 World Championship swimmers Barry Murphy and Chris Bryan, will compete over 3 days of competition at the Cardiff International Pool in the squad’s first Long Course event of the 2013/2014 season. Limerick SC to celebrate 25 Years

FINA Technical Rules Update – October 2013

The FINA Congress was held in Barcelona in conjunction with the FINA World Swimming Championships in July 2013.
