Swim Ireland are delighted to receive €25,000 from the Coca Cola Thank You Fund for the 2015 Swim for a Mile Programme. Coca Cola were so impressed with the event in 2014 that following our submission and presentation for the 2015 Thank You Fund we are once again selected as winners of the fund along with four other organisations. RECORD ALERT! Well done to Brendan Hyland who continued his record breaking ways last weekend with a new IRISH SENIOR RECORD in the 200m Butterfly (SC) at the Coast Grand Prix in Aberdeen, Scotland. Having set a new mark of 1:58.36 at the Dutch Open in Eindhoven the previous week Brendan swam 1:57.89 to claim the siIver medal.
