Myra Kavanagh RIP

Swim Ireland are saddened to hear of the passing of Myra Kavanagh. Myra was very involved with St Pauls Swimming Club from the founding of the club up to voluteering just 5 years ago. Funeral arrangements are below. Myra Kavanagh Removal to Christ The King Church, Cabra, Dublin 7 on Friday 30th October for 5pm with the funeral mass on Saturday 31st October at 10am.

Swim Ireland Welcome 150 Coaches to ASCA Conference

Swim Ireland were delighted to welcome over 150 teachers and coaches to the Crowne Plaza and National Aquatic Centre in Blanchardstown over the weekend for the SI/ASCA European Coaches Conference. Teachers and Coaches from across the country came together from Friday to Sunday to hear from Todd Schmitz (USA Olympic Coach), Duffy Dillon (ASCA), Gary O’Brien (Water Polo) and Damian Ball (Diving).
