  • Clinic venue: SI National Centre Limerick, UL Sport Arena
  • Freestyle Clinic is targeting swimmers with 400 Free time from 4.40 to 5.00
  • Medley Clinic is targeting swimmers with 200 IM time from 2.40 to 3.00
  • Clinics will focus on skill, technique and training development
  • Maximum of 16 swimmers per clinic
  • 100 euro per swimmer per clinic
  • Swimmers should bring their swim training equipment including Fins & Snorkel
  • They should also have gym equipment including trainers for light land training activities
  • Lunch is an individual responsibility (Not provided)

Trainability Squad – Saturday 3.00 – 5.00pm

There will not be a Trainability Squad session on the following Saturdays due to other events taking place at UL Sport Arena.

Unfortunately we have no control over these dates, however we are hoping that when the new 25m pool opens we may be able to revise these dates.
