Complaints and Disciplinary Training
As part of our on-going support for clubs and members Swim Ireland will again be providing training in managing people, situations and conflict. These workshops are aimed at helping club members in dealing with issues and developing a greater understanding of the complaints and disciplinary process. Unfortunately, we are faced with difficulties in clubs that sometimes need to be dealt with; by using working examples we will provide you with the knowledge and skills to ensure you are confident in dealing with any issues that may arise in your club.
