Participants in the programme will be awarded a QQI Level 6 qualification in Leadership Skills, which will benefit your personal and professional development.
This programme is part funded through Sport Ireland's Club Resilience Funding, normal price €450, discounted to €200.

We recognise that being a head coach takes more than technical expertise. So much is expected of head coaches in clubs; as leaders and mentors, implementers of change, drivers of strategic and operational plans.
This programme is designed to equip head coaches with the knowledge, skills and competence in the principles and practice of Leadership within the business environment and to provide them with instruction in current best practice in leadership.
This Leadership programme is specifically designed to equip head coaches with the tools and methods which will enable them to perform effectively in the club environment and in everyday life in a variety of leadership roles.
