Ben Kealy 1937-2021

Swim Ireland are saddened to hear of the passing of Half Moon Swimming and Water Polo Club President, Ben Kealy, on Friday, May 28.
Ben was one of the founding members of the Irish Water Polo Association in 1964 and a lifelong member of Half Moon Swimming and Water Polo Club.
He has contributed greatly to Irish swimming and water polo over many years as an athlete, international referee, national team manager and coach.
Our thoughts are with Ben’s wife Rita, sons Paul and Ben, daughter Marina, grandchildren and all in Half Moon SWPC at this sad time.
