Trojan Swimming Club in Dublin are seeking a new Coach to work with their Junior Squads.

This is a tremendous opportunity to work with and learn from an experienced coaching team who have a proven track record of producing athletes at International level.

The Club consists of 180 members participating in eight squads, with near-full capacity at every level making us one of the largest swimming clubs in Ireland.

The role:

Coaching across our Junior Squads at mid-week and weekends sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

A successful proven track record coaching young swimmers.

Level 2 Coaching qualification required.

Current Swim Ireland Garda Vetting, Safeguarding Level 1 and Swim Ireland Coaching license.

Ability to demonstrate a passion for your sport, coupled with a desire to learn and continuously improve your skillset.

Leadership and Communications skills – ability to inspire, educate and motivate swimmers to train and fulfil their potential
