Your pool has missed you. All the friends you've made at the pool have missed you. All the people you've coached and taught have missed you! It's time to dive in and get back to being you again!

No matter how long you've been away, sport is still there for you and so are the people. To help give you the confidence and motivation to return as restrictions unwind, we've listed some useful links below that provide information and access to our initiatives.

  • Swim For A Mile Individual Challenge - set yourself a goal of being able to swim one mile in the pool before Christmas. Be guided and supported by Swim For A Mile's downloadable training plan, and get ready to celebrate with our goodie bag when you achieved your goal!

  • Teaching & Coaching Education - with swimming lessons and club sessions getting back into full swing and full capacities, we've launched loads of new dates for our teaching and coaching qualification courses. Maybe now's finally the right time?

  • Me and the Water Tips & Swimspiration - is the home of our Me and the Water membership aimed at leisure swimmers who like open water swimming. There's loads of swimming tips and downloadable training plans, and as winter draws in, meet-ups begin outside and at the pool.

  • Weekly Dippers Sessions - even if you're not quite ready to get back to the pool, you can get back to swimming again with support from our Weekly Dippers programme. This initiative has only just begun, but already has several locations across Ireland.

  • Looking for Swimming Lessons for adults? - Email with where you are based and we will do our best to point you in the right direction for a suitable swimming teacher.
