**** ON HOLD UNTIL POOLS REOPEN ****
January 01, 2021
Swim Ireland Masters Committee are delighted to announce a virtual swim league, open to all competitive Swim Ireland members over 18 years of age. Swimmers will have an opportunity to compete in a different stroke each month, with a final possibility to improve on a previous time or swim a new event (any stroke) in June, with our Last Chance Saloon!
Each month will feature a different stroke*:
- January – Freestyle (50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m)
- February – Backstroke (50m, 100m, 200m)
- March – Breaststroke (50m, 100m, 200m)
- April – Butterfly (50m, 100m, 200m)
- May – Individual Medley (100m, 200m, 400m)
- June – Last Chance Saloon (all strokes)
*Please note that as pools are closed across the island of Ireland until at least February, this competition is set to change. When we receive news that pools are permitted to reopen, we will reschedule.
