National Centre Dublin Skills Clinics

We have two final dates for stroke and skills clinics taking place in the National Centre Dublin with some of Irelands top athletes. A perfect Christmas present for those swimming enthusiasts.

Come join us on Monday December 18th at 16:45-19:00 with Freestyler Erin Riordan. Erin recently competed in Fukuoka, Japan at the World Championships and is on track to qualifying and competing at the Olympic Games in Paris 2024! Erin will share her tips and tricks to getting a sprint style freestyle, and she will give you loads of technique pointers to improve your overall stroke. She will also add in some time to work on starts and tumbles, so you will get the whole benefit of putting a freestyle race together.

The second clinic is on Saturday 30th December at 15:45-18:45 with double Olympian Shane Ryan. Shane also competed at World Championships and is on his way to qualifying and competing at his third consecutive Games! Shane will take you through starts and turns across various strokes and will spend some time helping and correcting the finer details to make your starts and turns more technically refined. He will be doing a Q+A session where parents and athletes are invited to ask and discuss anything swimming related. This will also be an opportunity to take pictures with Shane, as he is going to bring along some of the medals he has won at World and European Championships. There will be a special raffle for those in attendance to win a signed Toronto Titan cap, from Shane when he competed in the International Swimming League (ISL), where he was teamed up with and competed against some of the World’s Best swimmers.
