National Centre Ulster will run a series of stroke clinics over the Christmas period, with the first clinic taking place Monday, 19th December.
Each clinic is limited to 18 swimmers
The cost of each clinic is £50 - if a swimmer registers for 3 out of the 4 clinics a refund of £30 will be refunded to that swimmer

Monday 19 December 2022 - 4:30pm-6:30pm - (breaststroke with National Centre Ulster breaststroker Ellie McCartney)
Tuesday 20 December 2022 - 4.30pm-6:30pm - (freestyle with National Centre Ulster freestyler Mollie McAlorum)
Thursday 22 December 2022 - 4:30pm-6:30pm - (backstroke with National Centre backstroker Adam Barnes)
Friday 23 December 2022 - 5pm-6.30pm - (Racing Freestyle with National Centre Athlete and World Championship Finalist Jordan Sloan)
