Build in to your 2019/2020 season with the right tools to progress your swimming! This series includes 4 stroke technique clinics taking place over the next few months weekends. Each clinic has a different stroke focus, providing something for everyone! All sessions are designed and delivered by National Centre Limerick Coaches - assisted by National Centre Limerick Performance Pathway Athletes.

All clinics will take place at the UL Arena, Limerick. Further information on the clinic details can be found below:

Sunday October 27th, 10:00-12:00: Freestyle - COMPLETED

Swimmers Finn McGeever, Cadan McCarthy and Jack Grace will in in attendance

Finn and Cadan are both members of the National Squad (Performance Pathway) and have represented Ireland at the European Junior Championships

Finn and Cadan are both also holders of Irish Junior Records (Finn - 800m Freestyle SC; Cadan - 400m IM SC)

Sunday November 10th, 12:00-14:00: Breaststroke - FULLY BOOKED

Swimmers Eoin Corby, Uiseann Cooke and Liam Doyle will in in attendance

Eoin and Uiseann are both members of the National Squad (Performance Pathway) and have represented Ireland at the European Junior Championships; with Eoin also attending the World Junior Championships - finishing in 5th place in the 100m Breaststroke

Eoin and Liam are both part of the Irish team for the upcoming European SC Championships

Eoin also holds all 3 Irish Junior Records for the Breaststroke events LC

Saturday November 16th, 11:15-13:15: Butterfly - FULLY BOOKED

Swimmers Cillian Melly and Jeremy O'Connor will in in attendance

Cillian is a member of the National Squad (Performance) and is part of the Irish team for the Upcoming European SC Championships

Saturday December 28th, 12:00-14:00: Backstroke - FULLY BOOKED

Swimmer Alan Corby will in in attendance

Alan is the Irish Senior record holder in the 100m IM SC
