Take on our September Swim Challenge
September 06, 2021
Swim Ireland has been living the European Week of Sport mantra #BeActive all summer in the Open Water and is planning a final celebration in September!
EWOS 2021 runs from September 23-30, but we are starting early on September 18 and will be hosting five Open Water Events supported by Sport Ireland to cater for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
The week is for everyone, regardless of age, background or fitness level.
Being Active doesn’t mean having to be part of a gym, running marathons or cycling across Europe. Being Active can be as simple as a sunrise dip, a walk on the beach, or a swim with friends.
Whatever gets you moving to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle!
