We might be out of the water, but you can still stay fit, compete and clock up the kilometres within your 5km radius by signing up to the Swim Ireland Pound the Pavements Club Challenge.

How does it work?
- Set up your club on Strava (link to support page https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918347-Clubs-on-Strava)
- Encourage your club members to join and log their walk/ run/ cycle
- Take a screen shot of your weekly total before 23:59 on Sunday
- Send to firstname.lastname@example.org by 12pm on Monday
- Weekly leaderboard will be posted on our social media accounts
