The Irish Short Course National Championships continue directly after the clinic with finals commencing at 16:00, feel free to stick around to witness some fast swimming!

The event schedule for the evening finals are:

  • Female 200m Freestyle
  • Male 200m Freestyle
  • Female 50m Backstroke
  • Male 50m Backstroke
  • Female 200m Breaststroke
  • Male 200m Breaststroke
  • 400m Medley Relay Irish Record Attempt

As you may also have noticed, each Olympic relay will be put under the microscope across the four finals sessions in the NAC in December, with some longstanding Irish National Records up for grabs, as many of these National Team relays have not been contested in a 25m pool for many years, with one such National record still standing from 1991. Sunday night is the turn of the male and female 400m Medley relays which should be very exciting!
