Swim Ireland, the National Governing Body for Swimming, Diving, Water Polo and Open Water Swimming in Ireland are seeking a Communications Executive to join our team. This post will be integral to the delivery of Swim Ireland’s communications objectives. This is a two-year contract with capacity for continuation into 2023 and beyond.
This is an exciting time for the organisation as we start into a new Strategic cycle, with only 2 years to the Paris Olympic Games and some very exciting participation initiatives coming on stream in the coming months. We are looking for a motivated person who likes to work in a dynamic and positive environment and who will work with our Head of Communications to deliver our communications aims and objectives over the next few years. The ideal candidate will have a communications background and at least 2 years’ relevant experience and either a knowledge or deep interest in Irish sport/aquatics.
Contract Type: 2 Year full time
Salary: TBC
Location: Swim Ireland head office. Due to some travel involved, a clean current full driving licence and own car is essential
Interviews: Interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place week beginning the 28th March.
