Are you part of a club committee and do you want to better understand how to engage, recruit and manage club volunteers?
We are delighted to welcome Volunteer Ireland and Rob Jackson Consulting, who will deliver and facilitate a series of workshops in October and November.
In workshops 1-3 participants will complete Volunteer Ireland’s Fundamentals of Volunteer Engagement course, covering all the fundamentals of volunteer engagement but also exploring the changes in volunteering globally and in Ireland focusing on the changes in volunteering.
In workshop 4 Rob Jackson will explore what the implications for volunteering are as we transition out of ‘lockdown’ from Covid-19. What might this mean for how we have to change our approach to volunteer engagement?
This session will help you find some answers and consider what you need to do to succeed at volunteer engagement in our changed world.
Workshop 5 will be hosted by Club Support Manager Aisling McKeever and will be focused on next steps for participants and their clubs.
Places are strictly limited to 20 participants to ensure your club can get maximum benefit from this programme.
