Leadership Programme

January 14, 2021

We are now in our fourth course of the highly sought after Women in Sport Leadership programme, delivered by consultants Lisa Clancy and Sarah O’Shea. The courses have seen 70 participants from 24 sporting bodies taking part in developing their leadership skills over the last four months.

We are now delighted to offer two additional upcoming courses. Due to the continued lockdown, courses will remain online for the foreseeable future.

This is a great opportunity to learn, network and collaborate with peers from all across the country during this time. There have already been huge strides made by participants from previous courses.

The aim of the course is to provide training, guidance and expertise to support women to thrive in leadership positions in sport.

The interactive practical classes allow each participant to work and focus on their own development while learning from others as part of a team over an extended period.

There will be some group and individual exercises during the programme and the size of the class is limited to 16 to ensure everyone has the opportunity to fully engage and reach their full potential.
